On the shore dimly seen
Thru the mists of the deep,
Where the foe's haughty host
In dread silence reposes,
What is that which the breeze,
O'er the towering steep,
As it fitfully blows,
Half conceals, half discloses?
Now it catches the gleam,
Of the morning's first beam
In full glory reflected,
Now shines in the stream:
'Tis the star-spangled banner:
O, long may it wave
O'er the land of the free
And the home of the brave!

I hope you like the photos! It was a lot of work, but also a lot of fun in the studio! One shouldn't forget that this was only a trial shoot to try out poses, light and other equiptment, so there are not many editorial ideas in the photos.
I'd appreciate you opinion in the comment box sooo much!

  1. Woaaaah. Confidence pose ftw in the last pictures. @w@ Awesome work, Janine. <3

  2. They are marvelous!!
I especially love the third one!! <333333
(The only tiny thing to improve it further would be removing the devider first; it changes the shadow. I guess it was the fault of the "so called photographer" again, he probably said it was too bothersome to remove it first and then readjust again it for the next one.)
like I said before, this one is the best shooting!!!!!!!!!

  3. Well done! Although I don't like the (US-) patriotic aspect in this work.
    Nice new headliner / banner
